What build for a 70/70 Bower for cap lvl120

what is the best build for lvl120? Light 120 Peachon 120 ice 60?
Please tell me your ideas.

Well I dont know a lot about 70:70 bower, but 120 Pach/120 Fire or Light/ Ice 60 would be the best in my opinion
