PServer Question

When hosting a private server, do you just make up a character, and do whatever you want. Like you will only be able to use this character on your PServer, not a 2moons server? Sorry if this has been asked before, I just could not find a straight answer.

Nah you need make,
client (look forum)
database (look forum)
connect them (look forum)

You only be able to connect with him at your pserver... unless your pserver is connected with the oficial 2Moons database (i doubt that :D)
