[Request] Working Auto Notice Sender (By Sql Table)

I want one tool that send notice by taking data from sql table, like the old plus notice system.

Ah, must it accept versions > 999, because my version is 1343 and i can't back it now... I've tested one that i found here "EPVP" but it don't accept version of client > 999 :S

Search in Google vsro MultiTool from iLegend it work perfect ( source is shared also you can edit this ) :)
my test server have version 1627 and this work

my recreated vsro Multitool looks so
