EP 5.4 100% link and Updater

Hi all. been a vile. But now i'm trying ep 5.4 and i can not find codes or anything to make it 100% link rate in ps_game.exe and game.exe

Even willing to pay a litle if you have something that work for me. all i found and tested make the server go down or it makes every lapis have 100% link rate LOL. I only want the old 50% max link rate be changed to 100% max

+ i need help with a updater that work with encrypted .sah my ep 5 updater just keeps giving me error even if i encrypt the update.sah too. other updater i found i can't find ip ( or website ) in or change it. That seems to be encrypted too. if that is, i need to know how to decypt the updater..

Please help. This is like all new to me LOL

Why you just dont change it on Item.Sdata? Just change the linking rate to 100%.

In ep 5.4 you need change Effect 36 to 69 for 100%

how do i add you? my name is svinseladden on skype. i get data error even after i changed the updater. when i login. i encrypted the update.sah and everything. if i just decrypt the client. add my item.sdata and encrypt the client i get all working. but when i try to add the same file as a update. i get data error

what do i do wrong now? LOL

i test it with Shaiya Data File Tool. decrypt the client. open it with Shaiya Data File Tool. and add the files. encrypt the client back and test. everything is perfect. But if i open the client with Shaiya Data File Tool again. right click on the file i want to make a patch of. and make a patch. ( item.sdata ). then i extract the patch to update.saf and update.sah, encrypt the update.sah. and put it back to patch file. it runs fine. but when i try to login to a character i get game data load error
