Event Dialogue Boxes

I was just curious if there's a way to get rid of the annoying dialogue boxes that pops up in the middle of your screen. The ones that are like "Hey, Ganoderma has spawn. Would you like to join?" I am wondering if I can eliminate it within my conquer folder or is this something only the GM/Creator can remove.

If it's your server, just don't send the packet that initializes it. If not, I'm sure you could remove it in your gui but as long as it's being sent server side, the box (invisible or not) will still be there.
