Leaked Styles put in htdocs/public/css and rename the style in bootstrap.min

Nice initiative, this is what I would like to see on this forum! People who are committed to improving an existing product, or even create a new one, in harmony with the community. Unfortunately this has been lacking until today but I am hopeful for 2019! Less envy and more collaboration, come on guys!
