Conquer Packet enum

i am trying to extract the Packet enum (name,id) from client any one can give ma good point to start from it

For older patch though(E.g. 5517).

Some of the information isn't actually stored in the client and is found by trial/error/analyzing packets, others are stored in data/ini files such as certain flags.
