I know that lol im asking for sum1 to give me some cause i cant talk to any NPC or else Mabi crashes any no1 had a Herb Pet and i cant go to Peca so im asking for help

U cant buy them from a Store and no1 is selling them none of my freind have a Herb pet

Maybe you should state what server you are on. Kind of hard for people to give you herbs (like that'll happen in the first place) if you're on a different server.
