Question about skilldata_0000.txt & enc

fast question please answer if if you can

can skilldata.txt & Skilldata_ENC.txt have the same content ? or will i face bugs


i mean there's many lines on ENC that not in the other one, lets say i copied it from ENC to the other, will that make any bugs? i mean why did they do that ? why did put it on ENC and didn't put it on the other one the normal one

as far as i know, theres no need for the decrypted one. so no, they don't need the same content. only the *_enc ones are important
