EP 6+ Sdatas convert CSV

Hi epvpers,
How do I convert EP 6+ to csv?
I'm using turkish sdatas so shstudio it's unnecessary for turkish sdatas.
I've tried hronolight's tool but me and my friend we could not run this tool.

Is there a way to convert outside of what I say ?
