Need help to start server

I have hero 2 files i try to run this server i got almost done but if i try run logserver and map id i got error. Logserver got japanese lyrics or something map id say "can't find dbserver" but my dbserver works If i try to start xamp it say "busy" port 80 i try to change the port to 90 or 100 but still no work.Can someone help me? My registry rohan is fine idk where is the problem. Sorry for my english

1st problem (Wrong Regedit for logserver to connect to DbServer)
2nd problem port 443 is used by something you have installed.

My registry looks like this (i put black line where i change my pc name and my ip) and i change to my sql account and password maybe i forget something?
btw my pc is clean im idk why the port is busy i put ss how looks my task manager

Now logserver work (idk why it no work yesterday i did nothing but now MapID got loading failed and closing i can't find any information about it on google can someone help me ? :(

Idk if its helpful at all but this is what my regedit looks like and my server is functional. Remember, LAN IPs go in here. I put WAN IPs in there my first time and shit went south real quick. Also make sure your server name matches your SQL exactly. Idk why theres double backslashes in my picture but thats not there in the actual registry. Heres the layout in the registry

DB -> GameDB -> Database=RohanGame (That whole line from the pic)
DB -> LoginDB -> Database=RohanUser (Whole line)
LOG -> LogDB -> Database=rohanstat (Whole line)
Monitor -> CodeDB -> Databse=RohanCode (Whole line)

When I say whole line I mean DRIVER={SQL Server};SERVER=SERVER2008\LocalServer;UID=sa;PWD=X XXXXXX;DATABASE=RohanGame etc, etc.

Check your install path and compare you your regedit. Yours says C:/Rohan/Rohan where as mine is only C:/Rohan. Also maybe it's case sensitive. Idk just spit balling ideas here

If he is using those "sendoku" hero I files that have been floating around the interwebz for years there is a double "\RoHan\RoHan" directory for the executables when you unzip them.

@[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]: Make sure your directories are set up right. Compare where the real files are compared to where your map server is trying to load its bin files. edit the registry and shortcuts to reflect your reality.

This. I had the double rohan files and I just shortened it to 1 rohan folder cause I ain't about that double folder life

Im repaired MapID but now im idk how to run server? in tutorials i see change IP in rungame.bat but i can't find it anywhere i got two clients on D but no one got rungame.bat dont yell at me please im noob
