Problem with Bubble or Help or Blue Window

so i disabled it throw textuisystem.txt but the blue window still pop up empty so how can i disable that blue window from poping up

please answer if if u got the answer

never tried, but you could try to delete or overwrite the calls of these values.
(UIIT... and SN_...)

and i tried with sro_client.exe

This whole code:It's working as for me, maybe there's something wrong with your debugger or sro_client.
