for ep5.4 i remember the 50% was 6300, test some value, then if you want block need an assembly script, same for remove dark HP bonus

You should have GM accounts to both faction, first open the one account or use multi client for fast way. Then /getitem 109 41 255 . Click the item and be sure to watch carefully the Blessing. Don't click it so fast or it will pop up, just balance it to 50% then do the same in opposite faction and it will work!
