Gm account can't login but players can

GM accounts 1:1 can't login
but normal account 3:3 can login normally


stuck in request user confrmation

check the gatewayserver.exe and see if it's blocking your IP
if it does then go to
account database - > PrivilegedIP table and add there your IP, restard the gatewayserver.exe and try to login

even if the normal accounts working and only gm accounts not working ? is that possible ?excuse my question iam kinda newbie on this scene

Gm accounts are able to login, when their ip is listed at the privilegedip table at acc-db.
Then restart the gateway, login should work now

i will try it and i will write back

fixed throw ip in SRO_VT_ACCOUNT
