dc after 15 seconds of playing

i get dc after 15 seconds of playing with the character, or standing on town, or what ever i do after i login in the game with the character for 15 seconds i get DC message

i tried diffrent characters, i tried to stand without doing anything, i tried to do things

all same "15 seconds then dc message"
