Use search function next time. Just change datbaseserver.ini. Change ´//ITEMUPDATE´ to ´ITEMUPDATE´ removing the // will activate this function. When u restart your server the ITEM_DBF will be created automaticly

Step 1) open databaseserver.ini
Step 2) change "//ITEMUPDATE" to "ITEMUPDATE"
Step 3) start server

This will generate the ITEM_DBF

As soon as the Worldserver establishes the connection to the Databaseserver the first time, the ITEM_STR will be executed for each item, monster and quest - so yes, it should fill your ITEM_DBF database (which includes the ITEM_TBL).

But you'll need to configure the DSN for the connection to the ITEM_DBF, if not done yet.

Btw always wondered why is ITEM_TBL made for ?

ITEM_TBL is used for things like website-shops or backend-system to actually get the properties of the items.

I mean, for server, what is ITEM_TBL used for server side ?

The server does not use it. As I said, the server just loads every item anyways, it just puts the information into the ITEM_TBL/ITEM_DBF so a website can use this data.
