[WTB] - Any R4 character on any server

Like the title says, I am willing to buy the best R4+ account that I can get for $40. I just decided to rejoin Rappelz but am too lazy to start a new account and too broke to buy a high leveled one.

So I'm thinking $40 is enough to get a decent-geared R4 character on ANY server, ANY class with a decent pet. Just enough shit so I can survive/able to play and DP with.
