Please Help me :(

Hey guys, i have a very annoying problem. I can't access some servers.
I download the game, later i run the uptader.exe and Updating files. Later push to gamestart button. Bu is nothing. is nothing. No give error message only nothing. Can't join the game. for Example Shaiya Era is joining but shaiya world or shaiya end is cant join. Please helpme why the can't join some servers ?
If have my pc problem shaiya era is why joining? I know pc no have problems but how to change can't joining server files or settings ? I try Administrator runnig , i try compability mode but can't joining some servers. Please Help me ty so much and sorry for bad english.

Sounds for me more like the typical antivirus troubles players having with the most game.exe's of private Servers. You extract the game normally, Start the updater, but as soon you want to Run it your game.exe got deleted by your antivirus or the connection get blocked by it. Usually solution: Add your game folders which you have Problems with, as exception/exclusion to your antivirus and check if your game.exe is still in the folder. How, u can just Google, depending on your antivirus. I'd Check this out before you completly Reset your Windows.

Kindly check the shaiya folder where you cannot start game.
Make sure that you have 'game.exe' in it.

if that is the case, just add their game.exe to your anti-virus' exclusions.
