Some people from my server use some sort of speed bug equivalent to a permanent hourglass/speed stone.Do you know how to reproduce this bug?I have seen them using it for over 2 months.

yes, the map/sea build like many unit. You can't go one to an other unit just only the specified value of speedQuote:
