there is for the name of the item and for its description it is in textuisystem.txt

The Solution:
check ur itemdata_xxxx.txt, then find ur SN_XXXX
then go to ur itemdata_object.txt and search for that SN_XXXX, if u can't find it then just create a one, if u find it, then rename it, if u do and u still can't see the name in game, then use Editor to do import to that edits -_-
if u still can't see the name, then copy a working name line and change the SN of it and past it again

this should fix ur problem bro

Copy any line from textdata_object and change the name for ur item name check the name from itemdata_xxxx and enjoy
