Move corpse trick

Ok, heres what you do. As soon as you die, before you hit release spirit, you need to lag. For you 56k people, call the phoneline you are using, or just pick up the phone and hit it. I dont know about broadband or cable, i guess start a really huge download or something. After that, you will end up at the spirit healer but the tombstone will not appear on the mini map. So go to where you want your new corpse to be, and log out. Log back in and you will be dead again and it will ask if you want to release your spirit. You can repeat this as many times as you want, i once spelled out my name in the middle of org with my corpses, but if you dont have time for that, it can get your corpse closer to the spirit healer without you having to run all the way to it or getting res sickness.

(Note: if you intend to die many times, unequip your items, that way you wont have to repair them)

This glitch is awesome, i have experienced it a few times with broadband before but never figured out what was causing it. It would be cool if we could force the client to do this. Like dont send a certain packet or something.

That's just krazy! :eek: (Ya, I quit conquers and started playing WoW.)

I would recommend you get something for this expliot, but since you are the owner, operater, and admin, what higher position could you get? ;)


I don't know if warden detects [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] as a hack. I have reason to believe people using cable could use netlimiter and have a much higher succses rate at doing this then without it. What netlimiter does is it can control what programs are using bandwith. It might be possible to limit how much bandwith WoW is using if you use Netlimiter. I have not tried it (yet).

Well yes netlimiter does limit the bandwidth but it cant limit it to that degree that it lags the game like that, cause all of the traffic of the game can easily fit within 1kb/s which is the lowest netlimiter can limit by. Or atleast thats what I remember, i havent used it in a while. But seriously if its just a matter of a certain packet not reaching the server, couldnt we isolate that packet and control this?
