How to improve your fps?

I cant hold a steady 60 fps regardless of what settings I try. And sometimes even when I have 60 fps it stutters and feels more like 30.

Anyone else having this kind of issues? I just reinstalled a clean version of windows 7 64bits, my specs are i5 4570, gtx 750 ti 2gb and 8gbs of ram.

A 950 TI doesn't exist.
Are you playing with the 3d or 2d version? I've noticed that the 3d version is a lot better when it comes to performance and smoothness. Are there any other browser tabs running showing videos? Is your CPU properly cooled?

I've edited it, it is a 750 ti, 2gb. And yes, I realised 3d works better, but still below what I'd expect from a browser game. The cpu is staying around 50 degrees, peaks at 60 degrees while playing, in terms of usage it does not stress it at all, it stays around 40% usage most of the time.

It is not much to ask for, right? I want to enjoy this game, but with this kind of stuttering it's really hard to. Worth noting that I've downloaded the latest drivers for my gpu, and everything really, as I just installed another version of windows yesterday, wiping everything clean.

Yes, it's a browser game. But it's using flash. That GPU is pretty old, but should still be able to hold a steady framerate at least in the new 3d client.
