Bless Online private Client

Hello Guys

Does anyone has akknowledge with hosting private servers?

I want to start an own private Server for Bless Online, but at first if i would do it in the public way, i need to have contact to neowiz, and even if not, i need somone that has knowledge about making own server with Steam games
