Ranger Hit rate?

Hi guys, Im here again asking if how/where can I edit the hit rate of ranger? I tried to modified the ranger hit rate on propjob.inc, and also tried to put an effect of hit untill it reaches to hit +945% still took many arrows before it throw a damage, damage was 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1.

That's because it's fixed in the source not resource. :awesome:

Yeah could be that one, can you share in what function can I edit that? Its just pain in ass to balance that ranger wahhahaa thank you!
