Python background mousemovements

Hello,

is it possible to create a python script which can do mousemovments in the background? I searched a lot for modules, which can send mouseevents to background windows but couldnt find anything.

I dont want to do a DO Bot currently, but I know back ago, when there were no packet bots anymore, here were a lot of new coder who tried to do background pixelbots. Maybe someone has experience in python and can help me!

If you want to simulate the mouse movements you have to use the winapi and for python you can use pywin32 which includes the winapi.
