RefObjCommon-problem wit add item

hi all.when i add item to RefObjCommon Service must be "1"
but that DB make 2 3 4 5 6.how i can solve that?

open Table Design then inside service options change Identity Specification to "NO"

then run this Query

Check if you activated the "IDENTITY_INSERT" on Service column.
