Hello,

so a couple years ago i moved to another country. Later as soon as it was possible i transportet my PC. When it arrived it got a little damage on the case but inside was looking good. When i was home it was working and i could enjoy gaming. since i've tried it here everything turn on like LED's, GPU and all the fans but not the Screen and neither mouse and keyboard.

I've checked the CPU and it was fine, i did the same with the RAM and checked if everything is still in place. So i thought might be the GPU or the MB. So i replaced it for the following parts:

MB: MSI B350
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5
GPU: MIS GTX 1070 gamingX 8GB
RAM: G.skill 16GB DDR4
PSU: be quiet 500W

I'm not a professional at these kind of stuff so i hope i wrote the shotcuts right. Anyways, even i changed actualy everything i still have the same issue. Ive tried to boot it without ram the signal 1 got was 3 long beeps which i dont know it means. Would be cool if someone could help me.

Regards
Lance

Are you sure that your display is connected to your GTX 1070? Connecting your display to the mainboard does not work since you do have a iGPU.

Other than that you could try to use another display (maybe your display is broken) or some other cables.

Booting a Ryzen PC without RAM does not work (same goes for other CPUs, but Ryzen does not even allow a special testing variant).

What Ryzen CPU do you exactly have? If you have a 2000er-series CPU your mainboard UEFI version could be too old. In that case you need to flash to the newest UEFI. Some mainboards allow flashing the UEFI without a CPU. Some others do not. In this case you need a Ryzen 1000-series in order to flash the UEFI to its newest version.

Hey thanks for the respons.

Yes i thought it might be the screen so i bough a new one which supports VGA, DVI and HDMI. at the moment i connected it via HDMI to the GPU since i do not have a DVI cable yet.

and my CPU 2600x 3.4 GHz if that helpes you.

I have a light on the mainboard that says CPU, that one lights up red when i try to boot. i checked the CPU and all the pins are fine and 1000% its installed correct in to the socket.

@[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] so I took my PC to an IT shop and asked them to do the update with the according CPU. Turned out my Mainboard got somehow dmg during the delivery.

Sended it back and got the B450 Gaming plus, works fine now!
Thanks you for the help.
