how to solve toolkitpro1113vc80

I find a archlord Emulator. but when I open it, it shows error: toolkitpro1113vc80 etc. then crashed after I selected character.

operation win7 X64 Ultimate

btw my another pc works well, win10 x64 pro

anybody knows how to deal with it?

use Win10 system, its good.

I noticed alot of people who has this problem, is using win 7, win 8 or win 8.1. I think its somethng to do with the way the emulators are written, like most of it its written and mostly compatible with windows 10
