im guessing ur buying a pet. ur best bet would be:
GP: Chaos Pip
CP: Ice Fairy
i prefer Lil Gaikoz or Unevolved Pip. i laugh at how other players rely too much on the above pets only to find themselves unable to use their pets' effect. ^^
