Slashing Constantly

I've seen people walk by with a rifle equipped and they would be like slashing me constantly. Anyone know how to do that or what hack it is?

weapon lock => Rifle / Mg equiped with Sword...
(Try Dagger.. its Much Faster :D)

alright, thanks man but some people say you need 0 delay, wth is that? any idea on where it is in this forum?
