There are rumors how to upgrade the quality in tc artist.
1. If u have uni weapon u should make the dura fall under half( recommended 10-) and that repair and put db for lvling up
2.You can lvl up the quality of any armor if u repair it on 1 dura
3.Any item that u'll find in bird islands and in adv map that is the lowest in that type ( lvl 7 necky...) u get soc lvling it in tc
