This question is not as stupid as most of them. But just demonstrate a lack of knowledge required to fix enough stuff to sell a new version of the source.

The effect thing doesn�t apply on wearable except jewels. You need to find the code that actually do this and add all wearable inside it.

So in order to add effects on equippment I need to find the piece of code where "wearables" are definied right?
