game service pauses every time

hi im having some problems when trying to get the ep6.3 server online, in the app psm server, o click to start the item game, located at gamegroups1, and it dont stay working for more than 6s, i click to start it and it pauses its service few seconds later, all the other services work well, such as session,userlog,dbagent and gamelog, but when i try to start game, it stops, what it can be?

So let me explain to u what happened. I have created a virtual machine in my pc with win7, and installed sql server 2005 and sql management studio 2008r2, and also opened the firewall ports the games server needs to run, after this i installed ep6.3 server files, as the same way as i did when i opened a test server at ep4.5 client, but this time with the newer server files, after installation, i try to start the services of the server it starts, but theres one service that stops few seconds later, the service called game, located at gamegroups1, i dont know what i did wrong or what i should have done to get the server started properly, another important detail, i cant find a game.exe for the ep6.3 that works easily, the original is encrypted, and the other ones i've tested here didnt work, even changing the ip 127.0.0.1 to my server ip, the game.exe file redirect the game to the original shaiya us, or even crashes, if u know where i can find a game.exe that works, or tell me what i did wrong, i appreciate

This is irrelevant to his problem, hosting the server on a dedicated server won't magically make his game work!

As for the actual problem, switching back to the green pause after a few seconds is generally caused by having a wrong username / password in one of the config files. Make sure you have the correct username password in all the config files and if the problem continues, post the server logs like @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Probably your pet and itemmall is problematic because it is required sql server 2008 but im not sure. Try remove these files and see what happen.
