Need to bypass Usb check for a software

Hey all, I bought a software that's necessarily needed in my work, every time i open, it asks to put the USB that came with it, so all I need is to bypass the every-time USB check. It's like No-CD crack we are using for games I think.

So, I'm looking for some help with that and thanks in advance.
