Where are all the MS2 bots?

I mean the game is flouded with bits doing quests and dungeons but as hard as I search, can‘t seam to find any on the net...

Would really appreciate someone to share / sell a bot, thats actually working...

they are made for big companies, u wont find them also they wont sell it

But who provides them? And via which channels?

They probably make it themselves; it's not that hard to make a bot for a game if you know what you're doing.
