Cabal EU - working trainer

Hello.

Is there any good trainer that currently works well on Cabal EU servers?

Old days there were trainers that allowed us to do AFI dungeons for nice alz (patched).

Even older days there were trainers that allowed us to kill bosses pretty much instantly without any significant gear.

And even older days there was a Cabal Raider.

What about right now. Is there any trainer that is actually good?
