Install my server in my VPS

Hello everybody!
I am new here! if I'm doing something wrong, let me know!
So ... I set up a server on my two machines (win7 sp1) ran perfectly, so I hired a VPS, and I passed my server there (5 times already -_- ") and I can not open anything, certification, nor the programs to run the server, all open and then close, leaving no single error log that opens and stays open, is the certification, does anyone help me?

check the DEP settings in your windows server ;)
