[HELP] Custom Skills

Heya,

I have a question on making Custom skills like regaining HP for example. Wanted to add a skill that regains 1000 HP every 2 secs. What is wrong in this setup? Maybe @[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] can help me? It's an Ep6 Skill.SData ...

With this set up as in this attached picture it heals too much HP in 3-4 seconds. Can anybody name my mistakes and say how to fix that?

If i see it correctly your only mistake is that you choosed Health (regain) as AbilityType which is wrong if you just wanna create a heal. You could just compare your settings with the settings of Restore skill. The type should be 81 and no AbilityType choosen.

Do you coincedentally know if there is a certain skill type that can block melee attacks too? There are types 85 and 86 (Block Magic / Shooting Attacks) as far i know... I didn't find anything about that.

For damage reflection it's usual the Type 83. There you gotta take care of the AbilityValue which should be in your dbo.Skills applied with a "1".
AbilityValue1 = Melee Damage
AbilityValue2 = Ranged Damage
AbilityValue3 = Magical Damage if i'm correct now.

About UT on seperate types like these, i didn't see an option for it yet

Ah okay, it's interesting to see. But then i'll have an UT-like skill where i can define, which kind of attacks can be reflected for e.g. 15 sec. ?
I actually thought of skills like 'absorbing the next 3 melee/range/magic attacks e.g. in max. 40 sec'. Is that also possible? :)
