Required Guild-Level -> GuildCombat.txt or GuildCombat.lua
Required Player-Level -> Somewhere in the Source i think. (It's lv. 45 or 60 if i am not wrong)

Is it that big of a problem to test/look what your required level for Guild siege is.
and to look for "Guild" in your Source where the most files can be excluded because they logicly can't be the right one?
And than trial and error
I mean..:facepalm: it has to be something with 'level' in it you didn't think so?
