Not EPK/EIX - unpack

Hi, I downloaded a BEST Production V4 client. The package contains files without .epk / .eix and I do not know how to unpack the files?

There was a python in the download. Can you help me please? How do I unpack files?

xD do not know. I do not know how to open the files and I thought it was supposed to help python27 but probably not
