Sorry But That Is Impossible...

Level Is One Of The Most Important In Online Games So They Are Server Sided...
Server Sided : Controlled By The Server [Not The Files In The GC Folder]

If You Will Just Search For It, You Will Just Waste Time For It...

And If You Will Just Use Level Hack, [Ex: Your lv is 32 Then It Changed To 65]
It Will Be Easily Found By Staffs And GMs
