Quick tip you need to have like small champion pool, and watch youtube/twitch high elo players, you will need 1 month to learn all staff, and don't avoid to spend like 15 min in custom game to clear jungle or farming. These people will give you shortcut but it's up to you how good you will play it. You can't learn how to play in few hours.. GL hope i been helpful too you.
