A lot of games in which u have to be nice + getting honors. It takes approx 1-2 Months to get back to lvl 2.

A friend of mine played about 300 ARAM's in 1 month and managed to get 1 and 3/3 checkpoints. So I guess 1 month and 1 week of 10 aram's a day and it's possible.
