Maybe with a tool like
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] you could get some more information about the processes you want to get rid of. If the processes are spawned automatically after you kill them, then it's really hard for me to tell you straight away how to resolve that, because there's potentially a lot of reasons for that happening.
For a starter, you could try looking for any suspicious services and startup programs enabled in your msconfig (just press Win+R, type msconfig and press enter). There's also things like the Task Scheduler, which can also be used to spawn unnecessary/malicious processes.
