9.4 files proplem with disconect

I tried to make a rapplez p server using 9.4 revo files

I have a 2014 sql

and I did the same thing with this explained

and when I done I tried tp start the game but i have this Error

and did you make sure the data works ..

yes I did its all good

but then the game stopped working

when I put my account nothing hapends
