50/50 bug

What is the best way to get stuck in synch when logging in.. aka 50/50 bug, all suggestions would be much appreicated.

log out with alt+f4 in a crowded sector (tech haven, plaza) wait 3-5 seconds then login. your chracter is still on the server and you will get a synch
