Mount Issue

So I have 2 issues I wanted to ask about with mounts.

Issue #1: I get the failed to dismount and failed to dismount error that conquer93 posted about a few years ago (still no answer was posted)
It takes 3 or 4 tries before I'm able to mount, and the same with dismounting.
[Vehicle::OnStart] [IS Not State UP CASTING] is the error I get when trying to mount. The mounts function fine otherwise

Issue #2: I'm trying to add newer mounts (panda, pheonix, etc)

I've added two of them, but as soon as I press J, my client crashes.
I don't get any serverside error, its just an instant crash.
I've double checked all of my indexes (vehicle_shape, item_shape, item_cash) I've verified that the riders in action folder are all there. added them to share/action/list. Is there anything else I could be missing?

I don't know about Issue #1

The problem with Issue #2 is you need to add the mounts in

data\share\vehicle\vehicle.csv

Code:
Index,StartDelay,EndDelay
62001,7000,7000
62501,4000,4000

Checked, the vehicle is added in share/vehicle/vehicle.csv, index lines up.

make sure you use data/script/vehicle.csv and not data/script/shape/vehicle.csv which is used in new actions

I’m using A9 client/server files,
Would I still use script/vehicle.csv and not shape/vehicle?

when you try use mount and you get DC that mean the index are incorrect. make sure the index are the same in share/vehicle on both side (server and client) if all is correct maybe you miss some other things. it's can be anything.

Still haven't found any solution to my problem. I'd really like to get this fixed so I can move on to other things. There has to be something I'm missing.

im using A9, for anyone who thought I was using A3.

Send me all the mount files starting with the data folder and I'll see what's wrong.
Send via discord @ Cookies#4017 or upload here for everyone.

Fixed the mount issue.
For anyone who cares to know why it was bugged,
I changed the indexes to a lower index (similar to mounts I already had added and working) and it worked fine.

Thank you for those of you who tried to help, especially
