Some files are missing so it's pretty useless.
+ they are obfuscated so be careful, there may be some exploit running.

The files there are not available anymore, only the deciphered version is but a lot of files are missing.

Edit: The release is basically useless BUT this will make a good base if you are into making CMS.
Re-uploading for the purpose of sharing the code and hopefully someone pro at Php can make things works in future.
