Neuz is not opening

Hi guys, I need your help what could be the possible reason why some of my players cannot open their Neuz after patching. while their firewall and anti virus is temporary turn off when i tried to open their neuz It says "The Program can't Start Because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

but they can open different server's neuz.

Some of my players can actually connect or can open their neuz. (Tried on windows 7 windows 10 and windows 8 )

Put this into the clients root folder.

How about the stop dance, 1 of them experience pause and play after installing directX is it caused by their connection or something missing?

He's the only one having that error 😅 clueless
