[HELP] How to insert the commands /pet off and /wings off in the game

Hey guys, how are u?
So, I'm begginer like developer, and today I need help... I see many servers with command /pet on (or off) and /wing on (or off) in the normal box chat and the pet and wing hide. I would like to know how to insert this in my server or how to install it.

There is a CustomGame.dll that has this function, many servers it uses. but the dll that everyone uses. and a shaiya spanhol called shaiya breaker.
although it is not released here. everyone uses.

It was handed to me and others for free, so I don't really see any issue for sharing it and giving him the credits.

I think all game.exe is already configured. like CustomGame.dll you just need to rename the dll to that name. or put the file in your game folder.

does the file go on server and client side? Do you need to make any modifications to something or just put the file on the server and client side?
